On this day, Sleep Token updated their cover photo as well as their profile photo once again in 2019. This time it was to the sigil/rune for the song Dark Signs, track number four on the forthcoming album, Sundowning. This album would be released in full on November 22 2019.

Today we celebrate the release of the collective’s second EP, TWO, back in 2017, a full 7 years ago this day.

Calcutta was the first single released on May 5 2017. Nazareth followed as the second, on June 9 2017.

Jericho’s official audio was posted to YouTube on this day as well.

The label site redirects to their Bandcamp profile now but here is the page announcing the release from the illustrious Web Archive. The date does say July 20 2017 but the official date is listed on Bandcamp as July 21 2017.

If you have the time, this curator wholeheartedly advises you to read the reviews linked in the aforementioned Web Archive link. It is pleasing to see such praise for the collective.

Sleep Token released the deluxe edition of their first album, Sundowning, today in 2020. Featuring 4 additional tracks listed as “from the Room Below”, this deluxe edition had 16 total songs, including a piano version of “Blood Sport”, two covers – Billie Eilish’s song “When the Party’s Over” and Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody”, as well as the original acoustic piece “Shelter”.

Blood Sport (from the room below) was released as a music video on YouTube on this day.

The Deluxe edition had no physical release and was digital only.

The music video for Blood Sport released today was called an offering from The Room Below.

Today in 2019, Sleep Token released the full audio for the first song on their first LP, Sundowning.

The collective slowly released all songs from their first album like singles, although they were not considered as such. This continued until the full album release on November 22 2019.
