Music Release: Fields of Elation, November 10 2016
While not an official single, Fields of Elation from the forthcoming 2016 EP One, was posted to YouTube on this day in 2016. It is one of those rare songs where we are provided with official lyrics.
The daylight recedes
In unison, this room
Buries the hours
Like death, in motion
Nobody else can pull me out
The fields of elation quiet and loamy
Your name is a sin
I breathe, like oxygen
Caught in the careless
Arms, of lust again
Nobody else can pull me out
The fields of elation quiet and loamy
Nobody else can pull me out
The fields of elation quiet and loamy
I’m losing my faith in our lives apart
Social Media Update: November 9 2019

Caption was as follows:

While the person who captured this is unnamed, this curator suspects it was done by FinnP Photography, whose photographic imagery was shared to the official accounts soon after. But this is only a guess. If any kind souls know for certain, please message the archive or email sleeptokenarchive@gmail.com.

The First Official Ritual: October 23 2017
It may come as a surprise to many who follow the collective, but the Black Heart ritual would have been the first ritual if it had not been canceled the end of May. Same thing is true of their first appearance at the UK Tech Fest in July 2017.
The first true ritual came about on October 23 2017 at the O2 Academy Islington in support of Motorpsycho. It was a very small set that included Nazareth, When the Bough Breaks, Fields of Elation, Jericho, and Hey Ya. The setlist may have included others from the EPs released up to that point but there is no footage or record of those songs being performed.
